What’s Included in the 3 Inch Flange Kit
- (2) 3″ 4-bolt 125# ANSI threaded flanges (cast iron)
- (2) Garlock 3000 wafer gaskets (asbestos-free)
- (8) Correct-length Teflon-coated bolts
Each 3 inch flange kit is packaged with properly matched components so you can install quickly without sourcing additional hardware.
Built for Fast Installation and Service
The 3 inch flange kit provides a dependable bolted connection that allows for easier installation and removal of gas meters. This is especially useful during maintenance, inspections, or meter replacement where minimizing downtime matters.
A proper flange connection also helps reduce the risk of pipe debris entering the meter, which can lead to premature wear or internal damage.
Teflon-Coated Bolts for Outdoor Durability
This 3 inch flange kit includes Teflon-coated bolts, now commonly used in Dresser ROOTS installations. These bolts resist corrosion and perform well in outdoor environments.
They also make future disassembly easier, saving time during servicing and reducing the likelihood of seized hardware.
Asbestos-Free Gaskets for Reliable Sealing
The included Garlock 3000 gaskets are fully asbestos-free and designed to provide a reliable seal between the flange and meter. They install easily and help maintain system integrity by preventing leaks.
ANSI Standard Compatibility
This 3 inch flange kit is designed for 125# ANSI flange connections commonly used in gas distribution and industrial systems across the United States.
We currently supply this product within the U.S. only. If you need assistance outside the U.S., contact us and we can help connect you with the appropriate distributor.
